When will my order ship out?

All orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days, followed by the shipping times indicated above.

Please note: Some high-demand products require additional processing time. These items are processed and shipped within 7–9 business days, after which standard shipping times apply. You can find the specific processing time for each product on its product page.

Order tracking

As soon your order ships out, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number (which can take 48 hours to update).

Need help?

If your order hasn't received a tracking update in a while, it's generally due to a shipping carrier error, and it will still more than likely be delivered within the shipping times displayed above.
